To support the delivery of our Products, Infisical Inc. may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.

Entity Nature of Processing Location
Google Customers may choose to contact Infisical via email. Infisical uses Google as its primary email service provider. Infisical does not require nor encourage disclosure of Personal Data via email, however the potential for Personal Data being transmitted to Infisical remains. United States
Stripe Infisical utilizes Stripe to process credit cards and payments. United States
AWS Infisical is supported using resources and services provided by AWS. United States
Posthog Infisical uses Posthog for event analytics purposes in order to improve user experience. United States
Datadog Infisical uses Datadog for infrastructure monitoring. United States
Hex Infisical uses Hex for data analytics. United States
SendGrid Infisical uses SendGrid for cloud-based email notification services. United States
Pylon Infisical uses Pylon for customer support services. United States
Github Infisical uses Github to host our code as an open-source tool. United States

As Infisical’s business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors Infisical engages may also change. Infisical will endeavor to provide its customers with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required contractually or by law, along with posting such updates here.
